Series A round is underway. We’re hiring deliberately: every seat we fill
either ships the AV product or unlocks a Tier-1 conversation.
Below are the four open roles for the next two quarters.
Engineering — Contract → FTE
Senior C++ / AUTOSAR engineer
Port our reflex layer to production-grade automotive runtime.
- AUTOSAR Adaptive, SOME/IP, SIMD intrinsics
- ASIL-D-track project experience required (functional safety case authoring a plus)
- Comfortable on real automotive ECUs (NXP S32, Renesas R-Car, Qualcomm Ride, or similar)
- Initial 6-month contract, intent to convert to FTE on Series A close

ISO 26262 / ASIL-D safety consultant
Author the Type-2 SEooC dossier alongside engineering.
- TÜV SÜD, Exida, dSPACE, or independent OEM-functional-safety background
- Prior experience taking a perception or actuation component to ASIL-D Type-2
- ~10 hours / week for 6 months, ramping with engineering pace
- Equity participation available alongside contract rate

Open Tier-1 supplier relationships and move us from cold to paid pilot.
- Existing relationships at Bosch, Continental, Magna, ZF, Aptiv, or similar
- Pattern-matched on the Tier-1 procurement cycle (NDA → SOW → POC → SOP integration)
- Has personally closed a deep-tech deal at $1M+ first-year ACV
- FTE with meaningful early-stage equity

- Ex-Mobileye / Bosch / Continental / Magna / Aptiv director, recently between roles
- Has run an Tier-1 ADAS or AD program through SOP
- 4 — 8 hours per month, primarily intro brokering and pre-meeting tactical calls
- 0.25 — 0.5% advisory equity, standard 2-year vesting
